    Iv sent money but don't know how it will get to the prisoner as I wasn't asked for the jail he was in.

    Your system says no such prisoner but I enter the correct details that match the details I use to email him.

    Tried to sending money via prepaid debit card but site mentioned that I have a credit card. I called mastercard and they told me that I have a prepaid debit card. So site gov.uk is not working.

    Can I send money to a prisoner in hmp huntercombe? I don't want to send it only for the money to come out and my friend not receive it cos the prison doesn't use the system. Hmp Eastwood Park has only just started doing it whereas oakwood has done it for years. If you keep getting connection error you're probably using a smart phone, try using a laptop or other device.

    Same as the above , won't let me put card details in.  Does anyone actually reply and answer any of our questions?

    Have paid money in, got a receipt, but person I sent it to has not been told it's there or how to access it!

    We've sent monies to Client, but the office at H.M.P. Bristol were very unhelpful saying they had not received the monies and implied that our Client was not entitled to the money because of his type of conviction.

    I have been trying to visit my son who is featherstone in Wolverhampton for the last 7 months and my application for the visits have been declined? Reason being he's used up his visits !!!!! Work that one out

    i have swnt money to my son and to realize the prison is not listed what happen next do i get a refund or will he still recieve it .

    I just sent money in but it's took two payments when I didn't even comfort the first one as I spelt something wrong will I get refunded

    I send money to my partner in elmley prison got the confirmation through with ref number and he as not received it I sent this on the 2 /2/2017 it was taken out off my bank account on 3rd Feb 2017 why as he not got it

    I am having the same problem in trying to send money to a prisoner.  It keeps on saying "No prisoner matches the details that I have supplied", I have sent to this prisoner on several occasions before and never had any problems.

     

    The system is clearly not working...... Please can someone respond.

    I have tred to send money and it keeps getting refunded into my account . I have double checked the account details and everything is correct but it still doesn't accept my pay

    Not a relible service on whn the prisionrr will get the money.eell wot do we ecpect as this is a GOV service!!!spend the extra £1 and send PO knein ur loved onces will hav money to buy afew tings in there.
